PAYMENT

I accept paypal- which accepts credit cards and money orders.

payments must be received in 7 days after you make your purchase. If you are sending a money order please contact me either through Art Fire or email me at California_Chi@comcast.net, letting me know that it is in the mail.



SHIPPING

I offer combined shipping and I do have special free shipping for large orders, please contact me first if you are planning to purchase a large order.

I send my parcels by first class mail.

Note: Highest shipping cost is charged first.

REFUNDS
7 days after the buyer receives it. Please email me at California_chi@comcast.net with the reason you'd like a refund or exchange, before you send the item back. The item must be returned within 7 days of you receiving it. You will be refunded the amount you paid for the item minus the shipping cost. You must also pay for the postage to return the item. Please try and keep the original packaging to return the item in. I will refund your money when I receive the item.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are made in 5 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday) after a cleared payment is received. The number of days is also based on number of orders already being worked on, the size of the order, and the complexity of the garments.
