However, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your item, it may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of receipt (unused, in saleable condition, and in the original packaging). You are liable for return postage costs. An exemption is earrings which due to hygiene cannot be returned or refunded. Postage and Packing: Items are all securely packaged and usually dispatched within 48 hrs of receiving payment. I always try to reuse any outer packing if suitable, to be kinder to the environment and also keep my postage prices as low as possible. Comissioned items will be dispatched between 24 to 48 hours after completion and upon receiving final payment. Generally items are dispatched First Class via Royal Mail. In some instances items may also be sent by Recorded Delivery or if the value exceeds £40 by Special Delivery. Postage methods to destinations outside the UK may vary.
