Payment
Payment may be made via Amazon or Google Checkout, or if needed (and I am contacted prior to the sale) check or money order. All checks and money orders must properly clear before items are shipped, which usually occurs within 3-5 business days of deposit.

Due to the limited supply of my items, if I do not receive payment (or at least an email) within 3 days your order will be canceled. If you can not make a payment within 3 days, please contact me so that your order is not canceled!

Shipping
Shipping is via United States Postal Service 2-3 day Priority Service, with Tracking. Tracking information will be sent to you via your contact email address when I receive it from USPS after your items ship.

Orders typically ship on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, depending on the amount of orders I receive for that period. I will be happy to email you after your order has been submitted and let you know when your expected ship day is.

Refunds and Exchanges
This is my hobby and I really enjoy sharing these works with you. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you can send it back within 7 days for a refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, however I will fully refund the purchase price including the original shipping.

Occasionally the USPS can break something in transit. Based on my discretion due to the individual situation, I will be happy to send you a new one (if one exists) or repair yours at no cost to you.

Additional Policies and FAQs
Please remember, I am not some large faceless corporation pumping out a product for some big profit. I am one person who enjoys creating fun items out of what would be headed to the trash. Please take in consideration that each item is a unique piece of art and some variations between similar items can and will exist.
