By law we are required to add a .068% state tax for sales to Texas Residents.
We accept Paypal, credit cards (the paypal link allows use of cards w/out a paypal account), money orders, and personal checks.
Payment must be received within five business days of purchase or the item will be returned to the store inventory.
We use USPS first class or priority, depending on the package (i.e. when the cost difference between parcel post and priority is negligible.) Items shipped to buyers outside the continental United States will be subject to additional shipping charges.
Items (other than custom) will be shipped within two business days of payment (check clearing).
In the interest of Saving the Planet, we use recycled material for packing. In the interest of getting your item to you all in one piece, we use a lot of it.
Returns, sent to us within 30 days of purchase in the original condition, will warrant a full refund of purchase cost minus original shipping. Custom items are not refundable.
Also, our leather products are tough and can take a lot of abuse. But if yours breaks somehow (stitches come apart, etc.), we'll repair it.
We LOVE custom work...let us design something for you or for someone special in your life. Sometimes that requires a lot of back-n-forth communication, but it's worth it if you get exactly what you want. All we ask is that you allow us to post pictures of your custom item in the Gallery for braggin' rights!
