Payment
I accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, and Amazon Payments.
Shipping
USPS, I make a visit to the post office 1-2 times a week, depending on how many orders I have received. Orders are sent within a few days. If you need immediate shipping, please let me know!
I offer free shipping for anyone who lives locally and can pick up items in Rochester, MN. Just use coupon code ROCHESTERMINNESOTA and all shipping will be waived, and I will be in contact with you to arrange a place to meet or drop off items. If there is another sale going on on my site, use the sale promo code and write a note at checkout about picking up locally and I will refund your shipping. Please note this code is for LOCAL use ONLY!
Refunds and Exchanges
I strive to make good quality items, and have never had any customer reports of serious problems with items. If you do ever have any problems with an item, please let me know and I will gladly replace or refund you as long as it's within a reasonable time frame!
