Current Turnaround Times:
Please note the turnarounds are just estimates. Timing will depend on your communication, my workload and number of revisions.

Premade Graphics âEUR\" Up to 1 business day
Custom Graphics âEUR\" Up to 3 business days for the first draft
Web Design Mockup âEUR\" Up to 10 business days for first draft
Website Installation âEUR\" 5 âEUR\" 7 business days from the time the design is approved by you
Blog Design âEUR\" Up to 7 business days for first draft
Blog Installation âEUR\" 2 âEUR\" 3 business days from the time the design is approved by you
Logo Design âEUR\" Up to 4 business days for the first draft
Revisions âEUR\" 1 to 4 business days after notification that revision is required (depends on how major or minor the revisions)
Emailing of final designs âEUR\" within 1 business day (once all designs in package are approved)

Business days do not include the weekend or holidays.
Payment

All projects require full payment before the design process begins.
Shipping

No shipping fees. Most designs will be emailed to you in high resolution jpg format, unless otherwise noted or requested.
Refunds and Exchanges

Due to nature of the graphic design process and the time involved refunds are not given for any reason.
If you are not satisfied with your designs for any reason please contact me asap. I will do my best to resolve any issue.
Please note that I do offer unlimited revisions.
Additional Policies and FAQs

Junk Studio and the client agree to work together to complete any projects in a timely manner. Junk Studio agrees to work expeditiously to complete the project.
Reproduction of Work:

All reproduction rights on the copyrighted work are retained by the designer, with the exception of logo design. The work may not be reproduced in any form without consent from the designer.

Graphics may not be altered or modified in any way.
Designs are to be used for its intended purpose only.
Designs created by Junk Studio and presented to the client are not to be sold or redistributed

Logo design copyright will be transferred to client. Junk Studio will only use the logo for portfolio purposes.

Copyrights and Trademarks:

The client guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to Junk Studio for inclusion in websites, blogs and graphics are owned by the client, or that the client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Junk Studio from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the client.

Junk Studio will not use any graphics provided by the client for use in other projects.

Rejection/Cancellation of Project:

The client shall not unreasonably withhold acceptance of, or payment for, the project. If, prior to completion of the project, the client observes any nonconformance with the design plan Junk Studio must be promptly notified, allowing for necessary corrections. Rejection of the completed project or cancellation during its execution will result in forfeiture of any payments. All elements of the project must then be returned to Junk Studio. Any usage by the client of those design elements will result in appropriate legal action. Sorry, that sounds really harsh but I have to state it!

Waiting List:

If Junk Studio has a waiting list in effect, a non-refundable 25% deposit is required to hold the client's spot on the list. This deposit will be used towards the project fee.

Web Hosting and Domain Registration:

The client is responsible for purchasing the hosting account and registering their domain with one of my approved hosts. Questions reqarding domain or hosting support are to be directed the domain registrar and/or hosting company.

Credit:

Junk Studio retains all rights to display artwork in portfolios and advertising materials.

All websites and blogs require a text link back to Junk Studio. The client agrees to keep this credit in tact for the life of the design. Removal of this link is in violation of the terms.
