SHOP POLICIES:
The MURPHY Studio guarantees 100% satisfaction with all of our products. We build our clientele by word of mouth and repeat clients; therefore, it is our #1 priority to make sure you are happy with the product you have purchased.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
The MURPHY Studio is proud of the products we produce and strives for excellent customer service. If you are unhappy in any way with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible and we will refund your money upon receipt of our product (if the product is returned within 15 days of purchase and is received in its original condition), or exchange your purchase if need be. In addition, we will also reimburse you for mailing costs incurred by you with proof of receipt.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
If you do not see your dog's breed in our studio, or are looking for a specific type of wildlife, please contact us for a custom order at Misti@TheMURPHYStudio.com. If you would like a different color of a breed that is shown or a portrait of your pet or animal on leather, please send us a photo and we will paint a wall hanging specifically for you! Please allow 3-4 weeks for us to paint your custom order and have it delivered to you (though it may be less - contact artist for delivery schedule). Custom orders are non refundable; though, if it is a popular subject that is re-sellable, we will consider refunding your money and listing it in our shop.

SHIPPING:
Shipping prices are based on the USPS shipping calculator and the cost of shipping materials. WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY - If you do not see your area listed, please send us a message and we will calculate the shipping costs and let you know.

Once payment is received, all in-stock items will be carefully and professionally packaged and shipped within 2 business days (*see custom orders). We pride ourselves on our ability to ship orders quickly.

Insurance and faster shipping is available for an additional charge upon your request. If you have a preference for UPS or FedEx, we will gladly re-calculate our shipping charge for your specific needs.

MATERIALS:
All of our work is hand-made / hand-painted, so shades and colors may vary slightly from your monitor's display. Final product shipped may vary slightly due to all magnets, wall hangings, and stonework being original and hand-painted. Leather may have natural marks or slight imperfections due to the nature of the material, but all pieces are hand selected for exquisite quality (and that adds to making each painting original!). Leather color and shade may vary slightly.
