Payment: Paypal, Money order, personal check (Item will ship after work is completed and payment is cleared).
Sales Tax: PA sales tax of 6% for PA residents. Wholesale buyers need to register tax ID with me for tax exemption.
Deadlines: Orders with no payment and no response from buyer after 2 weeks from sale will be canceled and negative feedback will be left.
Cancellation: If for whatever reason you need to cancel an order, please contact me ASAP. If the item is already paid but not shipped, a refund will be issued in full. In the event that the item is paid and shipped, please see my returns/exchanges policy on this page. To cancel a custom order that is already in progress, a studio fee of 50% of the actual item price will be retained unless I state otherwise. Custom orders with personal information (such as names or dates) cannot be refunded.
Shipping:
All items ship via the United States Parcel and United Parcel Services. Shipments are typically made within 1-5 days of item completion (many items are made to order and may take 2-3 weeks to make) and payment clearing. Delivery confirmation is included on all shipments to the US. Shipping charges are estimated. I try to get as close as I can on shipping charges. I am not trying to make money on shipping, just trying not to loose any.
International Shipments: Insurance and tracking is unavailable via USPS global shipping. Shipments are typically airmail or Global Priority mail. Global Express is available upon request. An additional fee applies to Global Express shipments. Transit times may vary from official times due to your country's customs and postal offices.
Exchanges: Customer is responsible for return shipping cost unless item is defective in some way. Please retain original wrapping to return ship. A 25% restocking fee or actual shipping for a replacement item will also be charged (which ever is lower). In the event that the item is defective, customer is not responsible for shipping.
Damage/Loss: If you receive a shipment that is damaged, please retain the entire package and all contents. Email me a picture of the damaged item(s) and another of the entire shipment and packaging. Contact me to procure a replacement item. For lost packages, contact me for tracking information.
Refunds: Refunds for items that are as described can be given for the product price only. Shipping is not returned. Please return the item in the original packing. Refund will be issued upon receipt of undamaged returned goods. Shipping insurance is strongly advised. Refunds for items grossly misrepresented in a listing will be issued upon receipt of returned goods. Please contact me for a return shipping label. Refund will be issued upon undamaged receipt of item.
About the process time:
All of my work is hand crafted, and as you may know, the process of making each piece happens in several stages. Some items in the catalog are made to order, and I may or may not have the item(s) in the color you need on hand. See the color chart in the listings to help you choose glaze colors. Please allow 2-3 weeks for me to make them for you. Large and wholesale orders may take more time.
Custom Work: Most items in my catalog are customizable in some way. I would love to know about your ideas and work with you on your next project! Wholesale: Some items are available for wholesale. Wholesale orders take 6-8 weeks to complete unless I otherwise specify. For wholesale pricing, you will need your tax ID number handy.
