I ship via USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation and insurance on items over $30.00.

International packages ship USPS First Class Mail International and are insured if your total is over $50.00. You may purchase insurance for lower valued packages, just send me a note and I'll get a quote.

SHIPPING TO ITALY...I will ship to Italy but I will NOT be responsible for missing packages. Lots of packages disappear when they go to Italy so Italian buyers accept the risk when they make a purchase from my studio.

Please be sure your address in PayPal is correct as that is the only address I ship too!

I accept returns for merchandise credit only. Please contact me upon receipt of item with any concerns. Item must be returned within 3 days of receipt. Buyer pays return shipping and shipping for exchanged item. Exchanges are 1 time only.
