Most of the pieces you see in my studio are one of a kind. Because I often work with vintage and/or unique handmade art glass beads, I can rarely create copies of pieces once they have sold. In some instances, I may be able to create similar pieces.

I LOVE custom orders! First, I LOVE designing jewelry for special events such as weddings or anniversaries. I offer discounts on custom jewelry and on multiple item purchases (like a wedding party). Second, I love the connection and bond created when designing something for a specific individual.

SHIPPING INFORMATION: In stock items usually ship within two business days of receipt of payment unless otherwise specified or requested.

If you are purchasing multiple items, I may be able to save you money on shipping fees by using a USPS flat rate box. Feel free to either contact me before you purchase the items and I will adjust the shipping and handling fees or contact me after and I will issue a refund to you for the difference!

Though I only list shipping prices for Canada and the United States, I do ship to other countries. Please contact me for shipping fees.

CUSTOM ORDER INFORMATION: To date, about 40% of my business is from custom orders. If you don't see it in my studio, tell me what you want and together, we will create your piece(s)!

GENERAL INFORMATION: I guarantee my work to be of the highest quality. I am happy to answer more questions about any piece of interest so that you know exactly what you are receiving. Generally, I do not accept exchanges or returns. There are exceptions to all rules, and my policy will vary on a case by case basis. To date, I have not had this issue arise.
