Postal Insurance is now Optional and recommended. I pack my items carefully, but I am not responsible for undelivered, lost, stolen, or mishandled packages. Due to the nature of them being KITS, they are NOT returnable nor exchangeable. Postage is not refundable unless it is due to my error.
