Hello and welcome to The Unconventional Baby! Here you'll find a unique selection of adorable blankets, fabrics, clothes and sewing appliques designed to delight that new little guy or girl in your life.

All these items are "squeal approved" by my three year old son. All items are lovingly selected, prepared and crafted by me. All fabrics are pre-washed and shrunk, and unless specified, are machine stitched for better durability. These items are designed to be cuddled, sneezed on, dragged through the mud, cried into, hid in the most baffling of places, well loved, and taken to preschool or kindergarten with them (either as a whole or in pieces at your discretion). I hope you enjoy my items as much as I love making them.
