All of my woven pieces are one-of-a-kind and can not be returned. Any supplies or equipment purchased can be returned within 15 business days. Return shipping is not reimbursed. A restocking fee may apply. It is best to contact us before returning supplies or equipment. We pride ourselves on excellent quality and service.
