PAYMENT PayPal is the preferred payment method for my shop and is very much appreciated at the time of purchase. Items will be held for 48 hours in anticipation of payment if checkout was not completed at the time of purchase. If you are unable to complete your purchase within 2 days please let me know ahead of time. Please be sure to complete the checkout process all the way through to making payment via Paypal. SHIPPING All items will be shipped first class in 1-5 business days of payment, though it is usually next day. I use bubble wrap for all items and package carefully since many are fragile. I have small boxes that I use when possible. If you are sending your item directly to someone as a gift, be sure to see my 'gift wrapping 'section. For a small fee I can box, wrap and send to someone for you. I ship to the address that accompanies your PayPal payment unless I am told otherwise. If your Artfire address is different from your PayPal address please clarify to which address your item should be shipped. If you would like insurance or any other postal service please send me a message or include this during the check out process. REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES If you mistreat your miniature artwork, I will not replace it. However, If you are not satisfied with the quality of the item upon arrival, you may return or exchange it and I will be happy to give you a full refund, excluding shipping, or replace your item if prefered. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION All of my work is hand made with love and care from various materials, but mostly polymer clays. I do not often use pre-fabricated parts, other than base findings and occasionally glass beads. I use my own, hand made beads, stamps, cutouts, molds, textures and artwork as much as possible so that each piece is truly original. I take great care to not make finger prints in my clay and to uphold the integrity of the clay so that my items are well made and durable enough to wear. Many items are water resistant, however, not all items are coated with a sealant so please do not swim or shower with them on. All post earrings are also available as clip-ons! Just mention that you would like them in the special instructions section of your order. Everything I make can be ordered with customizations so please feel free to ask.
