Terms of Use (TOU) With the exception of my Invitations and Cupcake Toppers (personal use only), you may use my items for personal and/or commercial use. By purchasing my graphics, you are agreeing to my terms of use as follows: What you CAN NOT do: Upload my images to the internet without my watermark. You can use my image I have posted in my shop or let me know and I will be happy to supply you with one. Remove my copyright information. Sell my graphics in their digital form. Sell my graphics on a CD or as any other collection. Altering my graphics and sell in any form. Use my graphics for website graphics such as banners, avatars, ads and logos. Share my graphics with others. Print out my bottle cap and or scrabble tile art sets and sell as a whole sheet or as pre-cut images. Print out my ribbon graphics and sell as ribbon unless you purchase a commercial license which costs US $15.00 each design. No mass produced. What you CAN do: Print out my graphics and make something tangible with them to sell. For example, you may make a finished bottle cap, necklace, bow center, magnet etc. to sell. Print out my ribbon graphics and make a bow, ribbon socks, etc. to sell. I will not tolerate my graphics stolen, nor used in a way that violates my terms of use and will take action against anyone that does so. If you find someone that has violated my TOU, please notify me and I will offer you 3 of my designs as a token for my appreciation. I am not affiliated with any other company/person that may be associated with subject inspiration used to create my collage sheets. TicTacTogs reserves the right to make changes to the above mentioned terms of use. TicTacTogs reserves the right, in its sole and exclusive discretion, to refuse to sell to someone that has violated my TOU. 1st time buyers may be asked to agree to a written agreement before purchase is sent out.
