Welcome to Time In Fantasy, the Door to the Imaginative World of Steampunk Jewelries! We specialize in fantasy inspired and innovative Steampunk necklaces influenced by tales, ancient time, dreams, and visions for the future. Each of our jewelries is carefully handcrafted by our designer Kylene with exquisite attentions to details to ensure high quality. Unlike traditional Steampunk Jewelries, we expand beyond the scope of the typical steampunk by combining other art techniques and use of a vase selection of materials, ranging from Swarovski crystals to precious antique jewelries of 100s of years ago with a value of its own. All designs from our collections are 100% original, unique, and exclusive to this shop. Because of high quantity of vintage pieces used in each jewelry piece, every necklace is unique in its own way and will never look exactly the same. Thank you once again for stopping by the Time In Fantasy Shop! PAYMENT Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept PayPal or Credit Card payment via PayPal from US and Canadian customers. International customers please paid via PayPal only. SHIPPING All shipping fees we charge is much lower than the actual shipping cost we incur (Shipping from Canada is very expensive). We never charge any handling fee on the shipping. We will ship orders within 48 hours after receiving your payment. If you have made an adjustment request such as changing the length of your necklace chain for an item, 1 additional business day is normally needed for our designers to make the adjustment. Packages are shipped using Canada Post. No tracking number is provided for shipping to USA and international destinations. Delivery confirmation is available for shipping to Canada upon request. Due to packages lost and custom issues, we do not ship to Italy. Note: If there is any special shipping instruction, please write them in the conversation box on ArtFire during checkout (not on PayPal). EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME: The estimated delivery time to major urban centres during NON-HOLIDAY season is (excluding the time it takes to process your order): Canada: 4 to 7 business days (Regular Parcel) USA: 4 to 10 business days (Small Packet USA Air) International: 10 business days (by Small Packet International Air). Some international orders may take longer to arrive due to cross-border and customs issues that are beyond our control. Note: All of the above delivery estimates are based the standards of Canada Post for major urban centres. If you live in non-major urban centres, up to 5 additional business days should be added to the expected delivery time. HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES: To avoid disappointment & to ensure the package arrives before Christmas, the following are deadlines for placing the order: Canada: Dec 11 (Dec 21 if you add an additional $3.04 to basic shipping for an upgrade) USA: Dec 8 (Shipping upgrade is recommended if you order between Dec 9 - 16) International: Nov 29 SHIPPING UPGRADE: IN A RUSH? You can choose a faster shipping service at additional cost to speed up your order! Please add the appropriate "shipping upgrade package" to your cart during checkout. All shipping upgrade fees charged are paid in ADDITION to the normal shipping fee. For instance, if you are shipping to US and want the "Expedited Parcel(TM) USA" upgrade, you will be charged an upgrade fee of $11.66 + regular shipping $3.50. Faster shipping service to USA is available at an additional $11.66 (4-8 bus. days by Expedited Parcel(TM) USA) or at an additional $24.15 (fastest 2-3 bus. days by Xpresspost USA). International expedited shipment is available for an additional $53.56 (3-4 bus. days). Faster shipping to Canada is available for an additional shipping fee of $3.04 (2 bus. days guaranteed). Please note that all orders that had their shipping services upgraded will be shipped out within 24 hours after payment for shipping upgrade fees is received. INSURANCE & COVERAGE: For USA & International locations (excluding Canada): Shipping coverage up to $100 CAD is included to all USA and to international destinations. Please read the "Lost Package" section below for conditions and more details. For Canada: There is no coverage for shipping to Canada. We strongly suggest the buyer to purchase insurance for $1.35 USD per $100 item value as we will not be responsible for lost packages and package damaged in transit if no insurance was purchased. Delivery confirmation is included. Signature option is available for an additional $1.70 USD. Lost Package: For lost packages, coverage up to $100 is included for small packet sent to USA or international destinations (excluding Canada) if the actual value of the item was declared on the shipping package and not marked off as "gift". Unfortunately, Canada Post office does not accept claims for lost package if the item value is not declared, so we are not responsible for package lost or damaged for any item that has been marked off as "gifts". Canada Post (our shipping carrier) may investigate claims for loss package and we ask for the buyers' cooperation with the investigation (if any). Compensations for a lost package will only be issue after Canada Post has approved and have paid the compensation for the claim. The amount paid to the buyer is limited to the compensation granted by Canada Post. For shipping to Canada, we are not responsible for lost package and item damaged in transit unless the buyer has purchased insurance. We highly recommended that buyer adds insurance to his/her package (in the "Shipping Upgrade" section of the shop). PACKAGING (FREE GIFT BOX INCLUDED): Each jewelry item is wrapped individually with bubble wrappers and then placed inside a gift box before putting into the thick bubble mailer. The cotton filling for your gift box is placed OUTSIDE of the gift box in the bubble mailer (we removed it to allow for securing the jewelry with bubble wrappers). Please do not throw the cotton filling away if you intent to give the jewelry item as gifts. CUSTOM DECLARATION: All packages shipped will have their actual values declared at the customs. We cannot mark off the item below value as declaring the actual value is necessary in order to be eligible the < $100 shipping insurance coverage for USA and international in case of package lost or damaged in transit. DUTIES, TAXES, TARIFFS: Buyer is responsible for duties, tariffs, and taxes. Please check duties and tariffs with your country's custom office prior to buying. REFUND & EXCHANGE: Refund and exchange are accepted only if the item is significantly different from that of the item description or the wrong item was shipped. All refund and exchange requests must be make within 3 days after receiving the item. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping and shipping insurance associated with the return. We are not responsible for package lost associated with the return of an item. Please indicate on the shipping custom declaration that the item is a "Return Goods for Refund: Handmade Jewelry". This is really important because otherwise customs may charge us C.O.D. / Tariff. If we incurred a C.O.D. or Tariffs because the item was not labelled as Return Goods when shipped back to us, we will deduct that cost from the amount of refund you will receive. All items must be returned in original condition and the item must be WRAPPED by bubble wrappers inside its original box. Failure to wrap bubble wrappers around the item inside the box will result in a refund of only 50% the original amount paid for. Refund payments will be made after we have received your items from the mail. Return & refund are only accepted if the refund request is made within 3 days after receiving the package to timeinfantasy@gmail.com. Once our customer services notify the buyer the approval for the refund request, the buyer has 7 days from the day the approval notification is sent to ship the return item back to us (Please note that the return item package does NOT need to arrive at our shop within 7 days after receiving the approval notice; We only ask the buyer to send the package within 7 days). Any shipping paid or shipping upgrades purchased for a returned item cannot be refunded. If the item was shipped via free shipping, we will deduct the actual shipping cost we incurred to ship the item from the refunded amount (USA: $7.50, Canada: $9-$12.50, International $9). If a return / refunded item was purchased during a free shipping upgrade promotional period and the buyer has requested to add the Free shipping upgrade to his/her order, we reserve the right to deduct the full cost incurred by us to ship via the shipping upgrade from the refunded amount (Xpresspost Canada: $15 or Xpresspost USA $25). All gift certificates and shop credits are not refundable. SPECIAL REQUEST: We welcome large orders for bridal showers, weddings, gifts, and parties! Please send us a message. Discount is available for large orders. GIFT BOX UPGRADE & GIFT WRAPPING SERVICES: Thinking of buying as a gift? Every jewelry item automatically comes with a FREE square gift box for your convenience (as shown in the listing)! In addition, we offer free gift wrapping services. If you would like to upgrade your gift box to something even nicer or to gift wrap your item for an additional fee, you can purchase a gift box from our gift box upgrade section in the shop. JEWELRY ADJUSTMENT REQUEST: Want your necklace chain to be long or shorter? Tell us the length that you would like during checkout (in the message box on ArtFire checkout, not PayPal) and we will adjust it for you for free! Want your necklace longer but you don't know what necklace chain length you want exactly? No problem, we can add additional extensions to the necklace chain free of charge! Just mentioned that in the message box during ArtFire checkout. Please note that all adjustments are subject to an additional 1 business day of processing time. All adjustment requests must be made at checkout. JEWELRY CARE: All of our necklaces are sealed by protective lacquer to preserve the shininess. Please do not shower or swim with the necklace on as it may weaken the lacquer. FEEDBACK: We value your feedback!
