While some items will be shipped via Canada X-press insured (National, USA and International) most items will be shipped via standard letter mail or over sized letter mail. This means that you do not pay very much for shipping, but this type of method has no tracking included.(Also, I cannot send your jewelry in a box at this price because it won't fit into Canada Posts' magic slot.) This is because I figure you will not want to pay expensive shipping prices for a small purchase. Still, you can be assured that I package your pieces as carefully as possible. Flat pieces are in zip lock baggies, taped down between pieces of card stock. More fragile pieces receive some cushioned foam or are sent in cotton lined boxes. Returns: I do my best to give accurate descriptions of my pieces, but it is so different when you hold something in your hands. If item was damaged during transit, evidence is required to get reimbursement from Canada Post. This can be via photographs.
