Payment is due at the time of purchase through PayPal unless you make special arrangements with me.
PLEASE NOTE: You do not need a PayPal account to pay with PayPal, you can pay with just a credit card if you wish.
If payment is not received and special arrangements have not been made, the item will be re-listed.
Most items are shipped via First Class or Standard Post (formerly Parcel Post) with Delivery Confirmation included. I will ship the fastest method based on the shipping fees collected. If you want it shipped via a faster method, please contact me. Insurance is optional for an additional charge.
Sometimes shipping and packaging costs a little more than listed and sometimes a little less based on your location. If the cost to your location is significantly less than the quoted price I will refund you the difference. If it's more, I will absorb the cost and ship via the method that is least expensive.
I do use clean, recycled packaging supplies whenever appropriate.
I try to ship within 24-48 hours after receiving payment excluding weekends, holidays, or snow storms.
If you live in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area and would like to pick up your purchase, feel free to contact me to make arrangements.
The US Post Office significantly increased international rates on 1/27/2013. In many cases the rates increases are more than double the rates prior to 1/27/2013.
Please be aware that your package can take 2 weeks to as long as 2 months to reach you. It all depends on the amount of time the package takes to clear customs in your country. Also be aware that when buying outside of your own country, your government may charge you customs fees and/or taxes in addition to the shipping charges you pay me.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Returns are generally only accepted if the product was described incorrectly. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify me and I will work with you to make it right.
Refunds will be for the purchase price only and will not include shipping. The item must be returned within 7 days in the original condition.
Refunds will not be issued for personalized items.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES AND FAQs
Occasionally I have multiples of an item in stock although only one is listed in my store. If you are interested in multiples of an item please contact me to find out if they are available.
If I paint multiples of an item, I don't always take pictures of each individual piece so there may be subtle differences between the piece in the picture and the piece you receive. That is the nature of handpainted - no two are exactly alike.
I will reserve items, upon request, as long as you agree that reserving the item is a commitment to purchase the item. While the item is being reserved for you, no one else is able to purchase it.
Items will be taken off reserve if they are not paid for within 5 days or special arrangements have not been made. I will not reserve additional items for you if you did not purchase items previously reserved for you.
