I ship USPS. Shipping and handling means postage, plus the cost of the envelope or box and the supplies necessary to protect your purchase through the postal system. Currently, all purchase mailed within the US are FREE Shipping, as long as it is not an ASAP shipping request. I send items Priority mail, well wrapped in bubble wrap to protect the item from being damaged during shipping.
Items are shipped as soon as purchase is made and I have received payment. If you need something shipped faster than normal, shipping will be charged and I will e-mail you back with the charge - so it would be better to e-mail me and get an estimate before we go through final PayPal payout.
If you are concerned about receiving an item through the USPS and wish to have that item insured, please tell me and I will add insurance to your payment for that order. I normally package items very carefully in an effort to avoid damage, but it does happen occasionally.
If you receive your purchase and are not happy with it or it needs to be resized, please e-mail me within 5 days of receipt and we will try to work out your issue, or your money can be refunded through PayPal. You will have to return purchase to me before I refund your money. Also return postage will have to be paid by customer.
If I do custom work for you, such as for a wedding, I require that you pay 50% up front to me and 50% upon completion of the project. I will notify you when order is being sent, as well as the tracking number of the package, and you will receive a custom listing to pay for remainder of your purchase. Orders will not be sent until you have paid the balance owed.
