Payment Information: All prices are in US dollars. I accept money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, and PayPal (note: checks must clear before item is shipped). Payments from international customers must be made via PayPal or International Money Order in US funds. Arizona residents should add 8.6% sales tax.
Shipping and Handling: I try to use the most economical and efficient method available (usually USPS First Class or Priority Mail). If item is needed sooner, I can send it by overnight express if you are willing to pay the extra charge for this service. Insurance is highly recommended, but not required. I do my best to ship all items within 48 hours of payment clearing into our account.
Return Policy: I strive to provide honest and accurate information so you can purchase with confidence. Since your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us however, we will take returns if you are not 100% satisfied. Please contact me within 7 days of receipt before returning any item. There are no refunds on custom work that was approved prior to purchase.
Extras: Each item of jewelry will come in its own attractive gift-box with a label identifying the various unique components that make up the piece. I will also be more than happy to gift wrap any item being purchased as a gift!
