SHIPPING
Where possible, jewelry purchases are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail using Flat Rate packaging and Delivery Confirmation. Within the US, shipping for any size jewelry order is only $4.95. I'm happy to ship to Canada for only $3.05 for the first item and $1.95 for each additional item; and to other countries for only $6.95 for the first item and $3.05 for each additional item.
Most bead/finding purchases are shipped via US Postal Service First Class Mail. Shipping cost within the US is usually only $1.95 for the first item and $0.25 for each additional item. Again, I'm happy to ship supplies to Canada for as little as $2.45 for the first item and $0.30 for each additional item; and to other countries for as little as $3.45 for the first item and $0.80 for each additional item.

PAYMENT
For your protection, you may pay for your purchases through one of four methods: PayPal, Amazon Payments, Google Checkout, or credit card. If you prefer not to enter your payment information online, I can accept your credit card information over the phone and process your charge manually.

RETURNS
New, unused items in original condition may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us for a return authorization, pack the item in its original packaging (including gift box, if applicable), and ship back to us. Insurance is recommended. You will be credited the purchase price (not including the cost of shipping) upon receipt of your return.

EXCHANGES
New, unused items received more than 30 days ago may be exchanged for store credit. Please contact us for a return authorization, pack the item in its original packaging (including gift box, if applicable), and ship back to us. Insurance is recommended. You will be issued a store credit for the original purchase price (not including the cost of shipping) upon receipt of your return.
