SHIPPING - The shipping cost given in the listing is for basic airmail to wherever you are, from Ireland. If you wish insurance (recommended) or expedited shipping, please ask me and I will get a figure for you.

Items other than custom orders are normally shipped from Ireland within 3-7 days of confirmation of payment.

Please note that it can take up to 10 days to reach North America from Ireland. You will be responsible for any import charges or taxes particular to your location.

RETURNS - I want you to be happy with your purchase - if there is any problem, please let me know and I will do my best to resolve it. If an item is returned undamaged within 30 days because it does not suit, I will refund the original cost, less my shipping costs, on receipt of the item, but please contact me first.

GUARANTEE - For rosary beads only, I offer a 5-year guarantee to cover materials and workmanship. Contact me if you need to invoke this guarantee.

PEARL RESTRINGING - For pearl necklaces handknotted on silk, the purchase price includes one free re-stringing within five years of purchase. Shipping costs however are borne by the purchaser. Details are included with your purchase.
