Shipping:
Items are listed with USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate shipping. If you require something different, contact us and we'll try to accommodate.

Warranty:
All items are warrantied against plating and operational defects under normal use for a period of 1 year.

Refunds & Exchanges:
If you are unhappy with any item, for any reason, return the item in its original condition within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Contact us before shipping the return item.

For items purchased in advance of a holiday, please contact us -- we will extend the return period, within reason.

Please note:
Returned fountain pens always receive new nibs after use, therefore a nominal fee will be charged to replace them. This is typically $5 to $8 for steel nibs.

We will not accept returns for any consumables (ink, refills, etc.).
