I ship via First Class US Postal Service within 2 business days of your payment clearing (Weekends and holidays excluded...and sometimes a few other days, too. If I need more than 2 business days, I'll mention it in my shop announcement. It's rare, but sometimes I might need a third or fourth day.). International buyers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes. I accept Paypal, Amazon Payments and Credit Cards through ProPay. Payment is appreciated within 24 hours of ordering. Communicate with me if something goes wrong. Most issues are very easily forgiven and forgotten, but you gotta communicate with me. No returns/refunds unless I grossly misrepresented the item. I want everyone to be happy with what they receive. Please contact me if thats not the case. Even though I check every vintage pattern before I list it, I'm human, I make mistakes. I've got hundreds of awesome patterns to list and I might be really excited and anxious to get to the next one and not notice that the 24th piece of 30 is missing from the envelope. Or perhaps it looked like 2 pieces were stuck together when it was only the one big piece. Should you receive an incomplete pattern, accept my apologies and please contact me for options on how to fix the situation. I get patterns from different sources, sort the ones I want to build for myself and then list the others here. Theyre in as-found condition. In order to keep my prices so low, Im not as thorough as someone who charges twice or plenty more for the same pattern, however, I'm quite willing to rectify the situation if you are not satisfied with what arrives in your mailbox. And as always, please ask questions. I'm usually available online from about 9AM to 5PM PST. Sometimes earlier and later, too. I'm a one-woman show and this is my livelihood...or at least what I'd rather be doing instead of everything else! :)
