*Payment*

At this time I only accept payment by Paypal.

Once your order has been submitted, your payment needs to be made immediately. Sometimes glitches occur online and can delay a payment's posting. If you have any problems with making your payment, please contact me.

If payment is not accounted for within 24 hours and I do not hear from you at all, I may cancel the sale and relist the item(s).

*Shipping*

~Domestic Shipping~

First and foremost; the shipping prices you see in my listings are actually "Shipping and Handling" combined. My shipping prices also include delivery confirmation and, in some cases, insurance. I do not print postage at home, it is all taken care of at the local post office. This insures no mistakes in cost.

***Most all gourd art is shipped by USPS Priority Mail. This assures me (us) that your package will arrive in a timely manner and usually without problems. Priority Mail will usually reach you within three (3) days anywhere in the U.S. (although the USPS does not guarantee this).

**For really heavy items, I use USPS Flat Rate whenever possible. This option is here to give you the lowest possible shipping rate on the heavier items.

Shipment will be within 72 hours following payment received/cleared to account for weekends, holidays, and life emergencies, however most ship within the first 24 hours after payment received.

~International Shipping~

Shipping some gourd art or other one-of-a-kind art may be by Express Mail International. This service includes tracking/tracing and insurance (where applicable) and is the safest all around for making sure that your purchase reaches you and in a timely fashion as well.

Other than that I ship abroad using First Class International.

**International Buyers:

Please, by all means, make sure to check if your country requires a license, permit, or other requirement prior to ordering. Some do.

If yours does and we don't comply with the rules, your order may be held in customs for an undetermined amount of time. Also, customs can deny delivery of any item that does not follow their rules.

Buyers are responsible for any and all import duties, taxes, or other charges tacked on by their country's customs office.

~Returns - Refunds~

If you are not completely satisfied with a piece and wish to return it, please contact me within three (3) days of receipt of the item for a return authorization.

The item must be returned within ten (10) days of the date you received it. Also, the item must be in it's original condition, original packaging, along with any accompanying paperwork, etc.

It is important that you please contact me first before you return the item. If I am expecting to be out of town, I may have to have you return it to a secondary address.

The refund (or exchange) will be issued (less S/H fees), in most cases, after the item is received.

As the artist, I retain copyright over my work. I also retain copyright over the images, text descriptions, unique names, etc. as displayed on this (and other) website(s) and other media.

Commercial resale of my work is not permitted without prior arrangement.

Please note that most all of my creations are done as one-of-a-kind pieces. You can be sure that exact duplicates of your special piece will never be created.

Of course, concerning any flat work, there would be exceptions to this, allowing me to make prints (reproductions) usually in limited editions.
