In stock items will ship promptly after payment is cleared through our credit card processor or PayPal usually within one to three days. We ship USPS Priority or First Class . Our collars are made using top quality hardware and materials and are made to last, however, to ensure the safety and well being of your pet, it is important that you frequently check your dog's collar for signs of wear and replace it when necessary. Our collars are quality made but are not indestructable, as with any fabric collars do begin to show signs of wear after frequent washing and constant wear.
Two Artisan Sisters is not responsible for injury to or loss of your pet caused directly or indirectly by the use or misuse of our products. Each consumer is responsible for determining the suitability of these products for their individual situation. Consumer accepts ALL responsibility by purchasing and using these products.
Remember, collar safety is your responsibility! Your pets should never be left unattended in a collar that tightens.

We guarantee that our products are all hand knitted and crocheted from top quality materials. They will last for many years if you follow the product care instructions. We will enclose care instructions with each shipped item.
All items are inspected for defects prior to shipping and all sales are final. If you think that the item you received is defective, please contact us prior to returning the item.
Each item is hand knitted or crocheted and takes anywhere from several hours to several days to make. Two Artisan Sisters is not a chain store that sells mass-produced items. The items presented in our store are unique and or made-to-order. We kindly ask you to respect our non-return policy. But just in case...
On our Handmade One Of A Kind Treasures only defective merchandise may be returned for a merchandise exchange or store credit. Items may not be returned for any other reason. Replacement merchandise or a store credit will be issued by mail within 14 days from the receipt of the returned merchandise.
Returned items need to
1. Be in original, new condition with all security tags still intact and uncut.
2. Be in original packaging with original paperwork, with RETURN AUTORIZATION NUMBER WRITTEN ON IT!
3. Be returned by way of the same method it was sent.
4. Buyer must pay return postage and insurance charges.
If your return has been authorized and you were issued a Return Authorization Number, there will be a 20% restocking fee. Returned, defective items will not incur any fees.
Items may not be returned without prior communication with Two Artisan Sisters. Artfire.com. Returns without a Return Authorization Number will be declined.
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY FOR PATTERNS:
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES are offered on our vintage patterns.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES ON OTHER ITEMS NOT PREVIOUSLY COVERED are handled on a case by case basis. We always treat our customers in the same manner in which we ourselves would want to treated if we were in their place. We must be notified within 3 days after buyer has received the item if a return or exchange is necessary. You must contact us for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER! After you have received our approval for the return, the item must be returned promptly .
Returned items need to be:

2. Be in original packaging with original paperwork with your RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER written on it.
3. Returned to us by the same method we sent it to you.

SPECIAL CUSTOM ORDERS
No two of our items are exactly alike and each has its own individual personality but if you see something that you like and would like something similar but perhaps in a different color you can send us a message. Special Order items are usually priced the same as our stock items. However, there are times when a Special Order can run slightly higher than our stock items. Special order items can take as much as 2 to 3 weeks to ship depending on our work load at the time, but usually it is much less so we will keep you advised as to the progress of your order. The same exchange policies apply to special order items as with our regular items.
