I ship anywhere in the continental US for FREE! Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK and Ireland for $5.00. Your items will be bubble wrapped, to protect the crystals, then put into a bubble envelope. It will fit into most mailboxes so you won't have to sign for it if you are not there. All orders will be sent USPS. If you would like insurance (a good idea) it will be extra and you can email me to find out the cost to your zip code. All my pieces are made to order and customized to your specifications so you can have the wedding jewelry of your dreams! Because of this, please allow one month for your order to arrive in the US. Larger and foreign orders, allow two months. Customs in your country can take up to 2 weeks. If you need a rush order on a custom piece, there will be a 20% additional charge because I will need to have your beads overnighted to me from my supplier. You will also be charged overnight shipping to you. In the US it is around 19.00. Please list your wedding date, color changes/customizations and any measurements that apply to your order. (Necklace length, wrist measurement, etc.) in the "Note To Seller" box at checkout. There are no returns or exchanges on custom pieces. I will email you a photo midway through to make sure it it exactly what you were envisioning. There are exchanges only on pieces that are in stock. I try very hard to represent my pieces accurately but if it is not exactly what you wanted I will exchange it for another piece. Please make sure to try on your dress to determine the length of the piece. You don't want your dress to cover up your jewelry! I usually start at a 18" length and go up or down from there. If you would like something in a choker, I will need your neck measurement and I can make it to adjust in the back about 1"if you would like, just ask! If you are ordering barefoot sandals please follow the measuring instructions in the description. They are all made to order so they fit perfectly.
