Everything starts with the selection of the stone. The silver begins as nothing more than sheet and wires. With the careful manipulation of a torch, hammer and file, the silver is shaped into what you see in the gallery. Some pieces are finished in a few hours while others may take several days or weeks depending on the complexity of the project. The finished result is a one-of-a-kind wearable art piece.

Being that our jewelry is handmade, there are imperfections, it is not like that found in high-end jewelry stores. We do not use computer-aided tools to create my designs. Therefore, you will find evidence of it being formed by a human hand. We take every precaution to create items that look nothing less than stunning. We hope you will agree that these small imperfections add to the character of the piece and we hope that you will too.

We are very pleased to work with you to create a new unique design in my signature style that will incorporate gemstones, metals and components of your choice. In order to design your own piece you will need to identify various design features. The possibilities are endless!

For business and legal reasons, we do not copy or reproduce others designs (mainstream and/or not so mainstream). This includes making a design created by someone else or working from a photo or something seen in a magazine or catalog. It is best that you contact a local jewelry shop that employs a bench jeweler that may be willing to fulfill such a request.

After initial discussions about what you desire, based on our collaboration, we will work up a design with the stones, shape, overall size, and estimated price.

The cost for custom work is based on the selected metal's current market price. Once the design and price are agreed upon, 50% of the estimate is require (for materials) before work begins. Once the item is complete, you will be notified by phone and email at that time the balance will be due.

*Custom designed rings are non-refundable. Wholesale orders are accepted.

All packages are shipped via USPS Priority with delivery confirmation. Consequently, you can track your item at www.usps.com. Items priced at $50.00 & over are insured, the insurance cost is added into the shipping price. Shipping is free if your item is priced at US $150.00 or more.

If you wish to choose a faster delivery service, prepayment of the additional cost is required. Please let us know ahead of time and we will send you the additional costs involved for you to make a decision for shipping. Please do not purchase an item with the expectation it will be shipped over night without their being an increase in the shipping costs.

International Buyers are responsible for paying all import duty, tax, and fees, which may be collected by their country when the parcel arrives. To avoid misunderstanding, we declare the exact purchase price as the value of the goods when completing the customs declaration. We will neither check the "gift" box nor under declare the value.

Paid items are normally shipped the same day if purchased during normal business hours. Purchases made during weekends and holidays will ship the following business day.

Custom orders: We strive to get items made and in the mail within 2 weeks or less. Much depends upon the specifics of the piece as well as the number of previously received orders.

If you are unsatisfied with you purchase, please contact us so that we can discuss the return of the item and refund. Returns should be made within 7 days of receiving the item. Please keep in mind that all items are handmade and will have minor flaws. Custom items may or may not be returned depending on the nature of the item. Instead we usually would prefer to have a chance to make things right. Just let me know where we went wrong.

Item(s) must be mailed back in their original condition. The shipping charges for returning items for a refund or exchange will your responsibility. Once received, a refund or exchange will be issued. If an item is being returned without cause, a 15%"restocking fee will be applied to cover related charges with the purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

Exchanges can also be made. The cost of the original item (minus shipping costs) will be credited towards a new item(s). Shipping charges for mailing back the original item is the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be mailed back to us in their original condition.

Our work is guaranteed from defects, but not from flaws, (in other words, we ensure the clasps will open and close, earrings will function, but considering that the designs are handmade, they will bear marks that deems as such.

There is no guarantee for chains or chords provided, if included with the pendants, they are free of charge, unless otherwise noted.

Full payment must be received before any custom item or made to order item is begun. Please be aware that after full payment has cleared custom and made to order items may take up to two weeks to create.
