Art glass is similar to fabric, where you should purchase your products at the same time to insure a consistant color and design. SHIPPING POLICY: Our shipping is processed through USPS unless otherwise requested. Domestic shipping may be Priority, First Class, or Parcel Post. International shipping is 1st Class Mail. Customs/duty fees are customers responsibility. INSURANCE: If you would like insurance on your order, please contact Joan for charges etc. Shipping prices do not include insurance. It is advisable to insure glass products. Once the shipment leaves Uneek Glass Fusions we are not responsible for the condition of your product. Happily we have not had any packaging or breakage problems because we pack everything exceptionally well. Please look at the box your items arrive in. If the box is damaged, let your carrier know right away. Pictures of dented boxes or broken content are very helpful when you file a claim with USPS. Please contact Joan if you have damaged items. RETURNS: Returns are excepted within 15 days of receipt of product. Returns or refunds are only issued for defective merchandise.
