If there are any problems with your order, please email me within one week of receiving your item(s) and I will work with you to make things right.
If a package is insured and yours arrives damaged, please keep the mailing materials as the post office will need to see them.
If we determine a return is necessary, I will refund the cost of the item upon receipt. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Earrings are not returnable.
