My preferred method of payment is PayPal. THE TIMES IT TAKES: Everything in my store is completely made by hand after you order, so please allow two weeks for me to create it. I welcome custom orders; please contact me with your ideas! THE URBAN PUPPY GUARANTEE: I want you to be completely satified with your Urban Puppy purchase. All of my tags are guaranteed against defects in workmanship for one year from the date you receive it. If your tag breaks or becomes unusable due to a defect in workmanship, I will repair it. If that's not possible, I will make you a brand new tag. MISTAKES HAPPEN: If I make a mistake on your personalized tag, I will gladly make a brand new tag for you. If the mistake is NOT mine, I'm sorry, but I cannot replace it free of charge. Please contact me and we can work something out.
