Payment must be received before item is shipped. Items are shipped the same day Monday-Friday if payment is received before 4 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. For payments received on U.S. holidays, Saturdays and Sundays, items are shipped next business day.

All items are returnable for refund within 7 days. After 7 days, items can be returned for credit only.

Custom work is gladly accepted! All custom orders require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to cover materials. Custom orders are NON-RETURNABLE.

Patterns and beadwork kits are NON-RETURNABLE.
