Payment I accept payment through PayPal. Payment is expected at completion of sale. If no payment is received or contact made within 24 hours I will cancel the sale. Shipping I will ship to the address provided by PayPal. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT! All items are shipped First Class Mail. ***PLEASE NOTE: I cannot be responsible for packages once they are shipped. Insurance is available for added protection. Please notify me if you would like to purchase insurance and I will adjust your invoice accordingly. I will make every effort to ship your item within three days of order. Refunds and Exchanges If you are not completely happy with your order, please contact me, preferably before leaving feedback. I will do whatever I can to resolve the issue! Items are handmade and therefore are not always "perfect." That's what makes them unique. All my items are created with love in my smoke-free home. Custom orders very much welcome!
