PAYMENT

Payment must be received prior to product shipment.

We accept PayPal and Google Checkout as payment methods.

International customers are responsible for all customs fees.



SHIPPING

-All orders ship through U.S. Postal Service via First Class mail.

-Express shipping and insurance are available by request; contact me prior to ordering.

-The item(s) will ship the Monday following the receipt of your payment. If time is of the essence, contact me and I will do my best to help.

-All orders ship to the address listed on the ArtFire (versus PayPal) receipt.



REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item(s), you will be fully refunded (with the exception of earrings), minus full shipping and insurance costs. I will only accept returns up to 7 days after delivery.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and must be mailed USPS with insurance.
