For now, to use Serve as payment, you will have to put the item in your cart, then send a message to me that you will be paying with Serve, so that I may invoice you. As soon as payment is received, your payment will be shipped.

SHIPPING
Like most online companies, viadellaRosa ships via the most economical method we can ship while maintaining safe and timely delivery of your purchase.
Our preferred shipping methods are
* USPS First Class
* USPS Priority Mail
* FedEx Ground/Home Delivery.
All of our shipping costs have been carefully calculated.
All rosaries under $100 are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
All purchases over $100 are shipped via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery.
Shipping upgrades for expedited shipping will also be available soon -- stay tuned!
SHIPPING CHARGES INCLUDE $0.50 HANDLING CHARGE.
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT that we are informed if your shipment does not arrive in a timely manner, regardless of shipping method.
INSURANCE?
Insurance is recommended for all purchases, but is not required. If you would like to insure your package, please contact us to be invoiced for the insurance charge.
Purchases OVER $50 carry insurance at no additional cost.

REFUND & EXCHANGE Policy?
If you are unhappy with your shopping experience here, we're unhappy. We will work flexibly with you to find a solution to your issue. Refunds and exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis, so that we may meet your unique needs in a timely and efficient manner. After 10 days, any all returns will only be eligible for store credit. Each purchase carries detailed repair, return and exchange information.

We do send out a monthly newsletter with information about all shops in the VDR Family; we send no other emails, unless they are of a customer service nature.
