Payment: Pament must be made within 3 days after purchase. Shipping: We ship both regular mail and Priority Mail depending on the weight of your package for the most economical shipping possible for your wallet. International orders are shipped via International Priority Mail. Please allow 10 days to 3 weeks for your package to clear customs in your country. Note that some countries charge import/customs fees. Contact your local agency office for details. Returns: We gladly accept returns on all un-used stencils within 10 days of reciept of your order. Returns that have to be re-packed are subject to a 10% re-stock fee. Molds are not returnable unless there is an obvious manufacturers defect. Clear photos of the defect must be emailed to us for examination before return will be allowed.
