PAYMENTS: Items can be purchased using PayPal, money orders or personal checks; however, items paid for with personal checks will be held until checks have cleared and funds are guaranteed. Sales tax charged on orders in Arizona.

SHIPMENTS: All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail or USPS Flat Rate box, depending on item ordered. Items should arrive in 2-3 days. Delivery confirmation and insurance is an additional charge, so please ask before paying about this cost. Victorian West is not responsible for lost packages or for items seized by customs. Any customs fees or taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Rates for NON-US customers is $10.00 via USPS Priority International and usually arrives in 5-7 days.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: Earrings are non-returnable due to health regulations. For other issues, please contact Victorian West and every attempt will be made to rectify the situation.

Additionally: We must be notified within 3 days of receipt of the damage. We must receive the damaged item within 10 days after notice is sent. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

FEATHER PRODUCTS: Be advised that due to climate conditions feathers can appear either fully or fluffier in humid conditions and thinner in dry, hot conditions. Also, feathers are natural products and the item shown in the picture may vary slightly from the item you receive as many products are "standard" products, which means multiple copies of the same item have been produced.

BEAD PRODUCTS: It is very common for flower petals and leaves to get bent out of their original shape or position during shipping. They can be easily bent back into correct position, or positioned as you would like them. Be aware that repeated or over bending of any petal, leaf or joint can cause the underlying wire to become damaged and break.

GENERAL: All items ship in 24-48 hours unless a custom order has been requested. Every attempt is made to assure that all items shown are in stock and ready for purchase and shipment. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified of the delay.
