Artisan's Policies:

SHIPPING: Jewelry and fiber creations are shipped the business day following receipt of your payment.
Items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post, upon verification of payment.

PAYMENT:
Paypal and money orders are accepted. Paypal payments should be received within 48 hours, and mailed payments should be received within 5 business days.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
Items may be returned,for store credit of the purchase price, not including shipping, within 10 days of receipt of items. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Should you be dissatisfied with one of my items, please contact me via email within 24 hours so that we can come to an agreement to correct the situation
