PAYMENT INFORMATION I accept PayPal, personal checks, and money orders. PAYPAL: Please keep in mind that you may pay with a credit card using the PayPal option, and you don't need a PayPal account to do so. Choose the paypal option during check out, then once taken to paypal there is an area where you can input credit card information instead of signing in to paypal. Payment must be received within seven (7) days of purchase or I reserve the right to cancel the sale and relist the item. PERSONAL CHECKS AND MONEY ORDERS: If you are sending a personal check or money order PLEASE CONTACT ME ONCE YOU HAVE SENT IT. If I do not receive a message letting me know the payment is on it's way, or the payment itself, within SEVEN (7) days, I WILL cancel the sale and relist the item. All personal checks and money orders must be cleared before I will ship the item. This means that I will wait up to three weeks after depositing to make absolutely sure everything goes through. If I receive a faulty payment (bounced check, false money order, etc.) the sale will be canceled, the item relisted, and I will no longer accept any payment from you other than Paypal. SHIPPING INFORMATION Jewelry: All OOAK items will be shipped the next business day after the payment has been received and confirmed. All other items are made to order, and because of that will be shipped within ten business days of payment confirmation. Insurance is included on all orders over $25 for your protection and in case of post office error. All items are shipped in a bubble mailer and invoices are included. If you are purchasing a gift and having it sent directly to the person for whom the gift was purchased, and you prefer no invoice be included or would like me to send it to you separately, simply contact me here with the details and I can do that for you. Prints and Art Gifts: Prints and art gifts will be shipped from a third party because while the artwork itself is mine, I do not have the means myself to print it at such high qualities or place it on mugs, puzzles, coasters, etc. I will simply order it for you using your address. All orders are shipped to the address provided through ArtFire, so please make sure the address provided is correct. If you would like me to ship to a different address than your own, simply send me a message after purchasing the item. Currently I only have shipping inside the United States listed, as I am not familiar with international rates. If you live outside the U.S. and would like to purchase one of my items, please contact me first with your address so I can check shipping rates and adjust it for you. All international orders are final, and I am not responsible for the package once it is shipped. RETURNS/EXCHANGES Returns or exchanges are welcome if one is requested within 14 days (2 weeks) of the item being shipped with no questions asked. Item must be shipped with the original invoice. Return/exchange action will be taken when the item is received by me. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Items that do not arrive will not be refunded or exchanged (so for your own safety I suggest paying for tracking). Returns are for the full amount paid, minus shipping and paypal fees. Exchanges are for the same item. All sales on OOAK items and international orders are final. All sales on earrings and other piercing jewelry are final for health reasons. Due to the nature of handmade and naturally acquired components (gemstones, shells, flowers, wooden components, handmade beads, etc.), some small variances may occur from the photo in size, shape, color, or pattern on non-OOAK items. All OOAK items will be marked as such in the description or title and that specific item will be what you get when you receive your purchase. All computer monitors are different, so actual colors may be slightly different from what you see. Please keep this in mind when purchasing.
