WEBSITES MATERIALS -Client is responsible for supplying content and other materials to me to be included on the website, which will include but not be limited to drafts, concepts, text, graphics, logos, photographs, images, sound, illustrations and other materials for use in accordance with this Agreement. All Client Materials can be attached to email or on a CD and in editable format such as Word or WordPerfect. I reserve the right not to include any Client Material that is inappropriate or offensive. OWNERSHIP OF WORK PRODUCT - Provided all amounts due and owing are paid in full, I agree that the Services, homepage or any literature or illustrations that are conceived, developed, written, or contributed by me, either individually or in collaboration with others, shall belong to and be the sole property of Client and shall constitute works made for hire. TERMINATION OF CONTRACT - The Agreement is terminable by either party with or without cause. If Client wishes to cancel the Services once work has commenced, Client is responsible for all costs and fees incurred up to that point as outlined in the Consultant Agreement.
