* We want to make sure your order reaches its intended destination without delay! We ONLY ship to your PAYPAL specified shipping address. Please make sure your PayPal addresses are up to date before completing checking out. If you are shipping a gift directly, you may edit your address in both ArtFire and PayPal during checkout so that it is your recipient's shipping address.

All shipping includes tracking, and you will receive an email notifying you of the tracking number as soon as your shipping label is printed.
INSURANCE - This is optional, not included with your order. Insurance is provided by the USPS to prevent loss, theft or damage. Because this is an additional option offered to prevent these issues, if you choose not to insure your package and there is a problem with delivery, I cannot replace or refund your purchase. Until now I've been replacing packages at MY expense, but I can't afford to keep doing this. The USPS does not reimburse me the cost of your jewelry or shipping charges if anything happens. I definitely recommend insurance - its only $2.99 for total peace of mind.

Also, please note that I cannot account for the time that packages are held in customs or other unforeseen delays due to weather or by the USPS, so please order early or choose a shipping upgrade for faster service!

INT'L PACKAGE TRACING - is not available unless you choose to ship EMS ($30). This is the only way to insure against loss/damage/theft. If you choose not to use either service, I cannot be responsible for the loss of your package and will not replace or refund your purchase.
CUSTOMS FEES - This has nothing to do with your prepaid shipping costs. They are fees assessed and charged by your country, like a tax on goods. Most countries will not assess a fee if the package value is under $50, but this is not guaranteed and sometimes does happen regardless of the value. Please understand that all International customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by Vivian Feiler Designs. I will not mark packages as "gift". This is very illegal, and I could lose my business license.
Q: How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipment tracking number. You can also log into your PayPal account and next the order transaction, there will be a button marked "track". This is for USA orders only.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order ships, you can expect to receive it within 2-5 days in the USA, or 1-5 weeks (approximate) internationally.
Q: What if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us ASAP.
RETURNS, REFUNDS and EXCHANGES:
We know you will be thrilled with your new jewelry, but if for any reason you are not, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to receive a return authorization #.
*NOTE: We do not accept returns or exchanges on engraved or custom-made items (sizing, pearl color etc). Please consider this policy prior to ordering.
We are all human. If a mistake has been made on our part, such as a misspelling or wrong item sent, we will do everything in our power to make it right...or refund your money via PayPal after receiving it back within 3 days, in unworn condition. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us immediately and let's try to fix it together.
SHIPPING REFUNDS - We cannot refund shipping charges on your return, as we cannot recoup these expenses from the USPS. If an exchange is made for another item, the buyer assumes all shipping fees to and from Vivian Feiler Designs.

HANDCRAFTED QUALITY - The unique characteristics of handmade jewelry give it charm. Each piece of engraved jewelry is intended to display that charm. We do not intend for our jewelry to look "mass produced". Variations from one to piece to another will be present, and are what make them special and truly One of a Kind.
