Keep in mind that each item is handcrafted individually. This means that sizes are approximate and pattern placement will vary from one item to the next. If you wish for a specific size and pattern placement we will do what we can do accommodate you. Please contact us with your specifics!
Shipping
Since items are created when ordered, please allow at least 2 weeks from the time you place the order BEFORE IT WILL SHIP ship,especially from September 1 through December 31st. If you need an item quicker, please notify us and we will do our best to get it out quicker, but there will be no guarantees unless RUSH fee is applied. Also, please remember to calculate actual shipping time in the timeline to receive. The closer to the holidays we get, the further out the shipping delays get.
Return Policy
We will work with you to create the item you need and want, but will not accept returns for incorrect size or pattern placement. These are unique and handcrafted items. Of course defective merchandise will be replaced or credited without handling or shipping charges.ââ,¬¨ââ,¬¨ We will not issue a 100% REFUND any custom order that has been placed.
Custom
If you prefer a particular style in a different fabric or paper just let us know! We love custom orders and will work with you to design the item you have in mind. We can e-mail fabric images or mail you swatches. We will make it easy, we promise!
Wholesale
To request information on how you can carry Wag's Creations in your store contact us with your name, store name, phone, and address. Wholesale orders typically require 2-3 weeks from time of order confirmation.
No reproductions or duplications of any work in our shop is permitted.
