Weiswomen's Policies
We believe that communication between buyers and sellers is the key to a happy purchase for everyone and we work hard to maintain that. You'll notice that many of our policies include the phrase contact us - we try to respond to every question as quickly as possible. If were going to be unable to respond to questions due to vacations or other circumstances it will usually be noted in the announcement section on the front page of the shop.
Please note that our products are not intended for children 12 and under.

Payment
We accept PayPal - it's is an easy way to pay for items online using a credit card or bank account. You can use your credit card on PayPal even if you dont have a PayPal account.
Orders paid via PayPal must be paid for the same day you make your purchase. Orders not paid for within 3 days of purchase will be canceled and re-listed.
Massachusetts Residents Only: 5% Sales Tax will be applied to orders - this should be applied to your order when you complete payment with PayPal.
Shipping
Were based in the US, items ship from Massachusetts and Pennsylvania and we are happy to ship anywhere in the world!
Packages within the U.S. are shipped by USPS, First Class Mail, with delivery confirmation.
International packages are shipped via USPS First Class International and customers are responsible for any customs charges.
If you are interested in insurance or upgraded shipping please contact us prior to placing your order.
Items will be shipped within 3-5 days of payment, although we generally aim to ship out the next business day. Custom Orders will obviously take longer to ship.
Just as an FYI, the amount we charge for shipping includes the cost of our packaging materials as well as postage.
We ship to the address that you have on file with PayPal. Please make sure that your address matches your address on file with PayPal. If the addresses are different shipping will be delayed until we can confirm the correct address with you.
We are happy to ship items to other addresses as gifts, just ask!
Jewelry is generally packaged in brown Kraft paper jewelry boxes and shipped in a bubble mailer. Unless otherwise requested, each item is sent in a separate box.
Refunds and Exchanges
We hope that youre completely satisfied with your purchase but if you arent, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and well try work out a solution. Due to hygiene issues, we cannot accept returns on earrings.
Items must be returned to us using delivery confirmation and your original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact us before mailing anything back. Items should be in excellent condition when returned.
We are not responsible for lost packages if delivery confirmation shows that the package was delivered to your address.
Custom orders are non-refundable.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Please note, items are made and shipped from non-smoking but pet-friendly households. Our pets like to hang out with us while we craft so if you have any allergy concerns, please contact us before purchasing anything.
Interested in custom or wholesale orders? Please contact us! Custom orders generally require a 50% deposit.
Note about Swarovski Crystals: Swarovski crystals do contain lead. The jewelry sold in this store is not childrens jewelry and I strongly recommend that children do not handle or wear any of the jewelry in this store that contains Swarovski crystals. Children should not put Swarovski crystals in their mouths or ingest them.
