Shipping on most items is same day. Custom Orders may take up to 2 weeks before being shipped. I will contact you with a shipping date. All items come in a gift box. All items sent USPS First class with conformation. Insurance will be added for items over 50.00. All shipping is free unless you need it expedited, that will be an additional 25.00 charge. I ship internationally USPS just let me know if you have a special request as to how to ship. As in Fed Ex,UPS, The additional cost will be billed to you. RETURNS are accepted up to 10 day from shipping date. You must contact me first. I will help you in any way possible. You are responsible for shipping cost of the return. All returns must be sent with delivery confirmation and insurance for items over 50.00 value. This protects both you and me in case the usps looses our precious item. If item is damaged please contact me as soon as possible. I will pay shipping cost, refund cost of item or replace item if possible. CUSTOM ORDERS must be paid in advance. Returns are accepted within 5 day of shipping with a 50% restock fee. All items must be paid for within 48hrs or order will be canceled.
