I want you to have the best online shopping experience possible. I take pride in my products and workmanship. I promise to ship your order promptly and communicate with you immediately.
Payment:
PayPal is the best way to pay for your order. As soon as I receive confirmation of payment I will ship your order. You may also send checks or money orders. Message me for details. All payments must be received prior to shipping.
Custom orders must be paid in full before I begin work on the items. The only exceptions to this are returning customers. If you have ordered from me before and would like a custom item I will be happy to start work before payment is made.
If you order a custom item and later decide to cancel, I will determine the amount of refund possible based on the status of the work.
Shipping:
I use the US Postal service for everything unless you ask for and agree to pay for alternative service.
Domestic US shipping is typically $2.70 per order. Additional items are $1.00 per item in the same package.
International orders are according to the scheduled rates. Large orders (3 or more items) are shipped at actual costs, please message me for details.
Customer care:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me. I will make every effort to satisfy you.
Unused items may be returned for credit or refund. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Please message me to request any refunds or exchanges.
Sizing is always the responsibility of the buyer. If you have any questions about size discuss them with me in advance of your purchase.
