I strive to ship your product within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. Please keep in mind the extra time it will take to ship outside of Canada due to customs of each individual country.
Typically it takes 7-10 business days to ship within North America and usually about 12 - 14 business days outside of North America with regular mail.
Any insurance would be an additional cost.
If you would like to have your item shipping with a tracking number, please contact me so the shipping can be adjusted to the higher cost before purchase.

If you are unhappy with your purchase or find any defaults, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 10 business days.

Sometimes there are times when repairs may be necessary and if there is a default with the construction of the piece it will be repaired free of charge. Any other repairs will be charged a minimum of CA $10.00.

Please be sure that sizing is correct on any piece prior to purchase. If you need a piece resized, please contact me prior to purchase. As all my items are individually handmade, no two are ever the same, so if a piece does require resizing it may have a nominal fee to cover cost of materials.
