All ready made orders will be shipped via USPS first class mail within 3 days of receipt of payment. If you would like your purchase shipped priority mail, insured, UPS or FedEx, please let me know and I'll adjust the amount due for shipping to reflect the actual shipping fees, as per your request.

For custom orders, some items may be ready in as few as 3 days- others, depending on complexity, may take longer. I will give you a time estimate when you let me know what you would like made.

I know it's difficult to buy something over the internet; You can't really tell how it's going to look or feel, until you have it in your possession. Therefore, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days of receipt for a return authorization. The item must be returned to me within 10 days, in its original condition. A refund will be issued via the original method of payment (minus shipping and handling costs) after the item is received by me.
