Please note that natural-stone beads are not machine-made and therefore may have variations in color and shape. Jewelry orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, unless otherwise specified. If you need it sooner, please let us know and we'll do our best to get it to you. Each jewelry piece is handmade, so please allow 2 weeks for delivery. Jewelry supplies will be shipped USPS First Class mail (without tracking). If you need it sooner, or with tracking, please let us know and we'll do our best to get it to you. Supplies will mail out within 48 hours of receipt of payment. For international shipping, please contact us and we will be more than happy to work out shipping costs for you. If you are not completely happy with your tiara or jewelry item, it may be returned within 10 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please contact White Peacock Designs to begin your return process. Orders may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the cost of shipping is non-refundable. The tiara must be in its original condition and packaging and shipped back with confirmation. Please insure returns, for we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged, stolen or misdirected packages. We are unable to accept returns of merchandise that has been worn.
