| PAYMENT |
I only accept paypal for my digital collage sheets. If you are purchasing one of my more expensive products I am willing to take other forms of payment but be aware that it will slow the process down a little.

I love to have payment within 24 hours of purchase, but I completely understand if it takes a little longer.


| SHIPPING |
All files are sent to the email address of your Etsy account as a high resolution (300 dpi) PDF within 24 hours of purchase (usually sooner than that). If you would prefer JPG files please let me know when you place your order and Ill send those instead. All sheets measure 8.5 inches by 11 inches for easy printing.

Other items are shipped priority within the deadlines that I will discuss with upon purchase or convo.

| REFUNDS |
I usually do not offer returns or exchanges since most of my items are personalized. However your satisfaction is important to me so I will do whatever I can to make sure you leave the transaction satisfied. If you do loose or accidently delete your digital collage sheet please contact me, briefly explain what happened, and I will gladly resend the file to you.

| RESIZING OF DIGITAL COLLAGE SHEETS |
If you have a size that is not listed please let me know. I can resize all items! Please do not order a size that you do not need and then ask me to resize it after the file is delivered. I would rather you convo me and ask me to create the size for you and offer it as a listing. Thank you in advance!
