Items should arrive within 10 days if shipped within Canada, 14 days within U.S., and approx. 4 weeks internationally. Buyer is responsible for customs charges and/or taxes, if any. Not responsible for lost/stolen packages unless insurance is requested at time of purchase. If an item is damaged during shipping, or contains manufacturing defects, you are welcome to return it for a full refund of the purchase price (not including shipping and handling) or exchange (where applicable - some pieces are one of a kind; please check with me). Buyer assumes responsibility for return shipping costs. Item must be returned in new, resaleable condition, unless it was damaged during shipping, which must be reported immediately upon receipt of package to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
